    波箩炒饭

     
     
     
        材料:
     
                 鲜波箩一个(沿长四份之一处切一刀,留做盖用;将波箩起肉,取少许切丁备用);
     
                 鲜虾仁切段(加洋葱丁入锅梢炒);
     
                 意大利香肠(除去肠衣,切丁炒熟);
     
                 蟹腿肉少许(打入一个蛋,加葱花炒熟);
     
                 白饭三饭碗
     
     
        做法:
     
                 两大匙油烧热,放入白饭拌炒片刻
     
                 加香肠丁,虾仁洋葱丁,蛋炒蟹腿,少许盐拌炒均匀
     
                 起锅前加入波箩丁稍拌即可。将炒饭装入鲜波箩里
