四川羊肉汤
材料:羊肉,羊骨,羊杂
制法:
把羊肉、羊杂放一个锅内煮,可放些葱姜等,(不宜放大料),煮熟捞出切成片,备用
把羊骨架放锅里,加满清水,开火熬一个小时左右
把漂浮在上面的一些杂质舀出去,放些葱姜,继续熬至汤成乳白色
把切好的羊肉、羊杂放碗里,放些葱花、香菜,蒜黄等,再放适量盐
把熬好的羊汤趁热倒入碗里
如果喜欢辣椒,可以放些辣椒
