香菇虾塔
材料:五花肉,虾,笋干,荸荠,花菇
做法:
用五花肉末,虾剁成泥,笋干切细碎粒,荸荠切细碎粒,青葱颗粒,少量淀粉,加调料成馅
大朵花菇洗净去柄
虾去头剥壳,背上切一刀
把肉馅填入香菇里,虾沾水淀粉放在塔上,上锅蒸熟后装盘即可
也可以把整个虾塔蒸熟后裹粉油炸
