March 31 TERIYAKI牛排 材料:
1/4杯酱油,2 tablespoons 橙汁,1 tablespoon 糖浆
1 1/2 teaspoons 姜,1 teaspoon 干燥芥末,1大蒜碎,1磅1英寸厚的无骨牛排
做法:
准备一个小碗,放入酱油,橙汁,姜,芥末,蒜,搅拌均匀
将牛排放入塑料袋,倒入调好的汁,让牛排浸在汁里阉6-24小时
在铁栅上烤5-10分钟
